The SSecure Family
A security suite for embedded
devices
based on the latest open standards, which provides APIs at different layers of the network stack to easily secure an
application's network sessions. It comprises of:
An implementation of IPSec
(Internet Protocol Secure) and IKE (Internet Key
Exchange Protocol) initiator and responder that transparently
provides security services at the network layer.
A Secure Shell (SSH) client and
server implementation with support for command
layer interface and secure file transfer through
SFTP & SCP.
An
implementation of the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) v2/v3
and Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocols on
the client and server side.
The AuthAgent Family
A family of
authentication products that can be used either
standalone or easily glue in to various network,
system and data security protocols such as SSH,
IPSec and other custom protocols.
An implementation of public
key and digital certificate authentication
commonly used with SSL/TLS, IPsec, SSH and
Kerberos PKINIT.
A Kerberos V implementation
interoperable with Microsoft Windows servers
domain authentication, and includes the PKINIT
extension.
An RFC 2865-specified RADIUS (Remote Authentication
Dial-In User Service) authentication client for
use with legacy authentication servers and for
wireless authentication services using 802.1X.
An embedded implementation of
the Cisco Tacacs+ Protocol.
The INSECTS Family
The InterNet Software
Extensions for Classification and Traffic Shaping
(INSECTS) family of software components is ideal for
any routing oriented application running on an
embedded system. Available for licensing as
stand-alone modules or as a suite, this family
comprises of:
Rules-based packet-filtering
and stateful inspection (SPI) firewall with
dynamic capabilities.
A gateway network address
translator with bi-directional static and
dynamic NAT capabilities.
Alternate queuing and
classification mechanisms such as CBQ/WFQ for
QoS and denial-of-service resistance.
The SecureAire Family
The SecureAire family
provides a range of secure wireless connectivity
options for embedded devices - from thin or fat
Access Point functionality, to 802.11 client-side
functionality and WLAN switch functions.
Standards-based and interoperability tested,
SecureAire opens up a wide range of possibilities
for embedded devices and expands
their connectivity services.
ASAP Air Secure Access Point is
the industry's first middleware product
specifically designed from the ground-up to add
secure wireless access-point functionality to
embedded devices. As a complete secure access
point package, ASAP provides high-performance,
secure, manageable and flexible wireless
connectivity for embedded applications.
SecureAire Supplicant enables
addition of secure wireless client functionality
to embedded devices in a manageable and flexible
manner. Includes a framework for defining
Extensible Authentication Protcols (EAPs) and
several EAPs that run out-of-the-box
The NetStack-RT Family
A high performance
networking stack family with hardware acceleration
support for multithreaded and real time operating
systems. The NetStack-RT family is architected for
accelerating parts of the networking stack in
hardware such as FPGAs, network processors and
custom ASICs. Even as a pure software implementation
it is highly scalable and very deterministic and
uses its own advanced buffering scheme to achieve
maximum throughput.
The flagship member of
the NetStack-RT suite is a full-featured
high-octane TCP/IP suite for embedded devices. It provides a flexible implementation
of IPv4 & IPv6 along with support for virtual
routing.
A full-featured embedded PPP
stack including a multi-link aggregation of
point-to-point links, and multi-class PPP
extensions (RFC 2686) to prioritize delay
sensitive traffic. Includes support for IPv6 and
PPPoE, and provides for external traffic
regulation.
The Switchcraft Family
A Layer 2 services
implementation for embedded devices with
support for link aggregation, load balancing and
failover and several other layer 2 standards such
as IEEE 802.3ad (LACP), 802.1 d, s & w (STP), 802.1p
& q (VLAN prioritization and tagging) and IEEE802.1x
(Port security).
A link aggregation
load-balancing / fail-over framework with
support for the LACP standard and link-level
redundancy.
A framework for Port-based
Network Access Control (PNAC) secure Layer-2
authentication for wired and
wireless networks, based on the IEEE 802.1X
specification.
A lean, robust
implementation of the Layer 2 spanning tree
protocols (STP) including RSTP (single and
multi-instance) and MSTP, designed to run on bridges and
switches for path-level redundancy.
