TeamF1 Support Services Overview

TeamF1 prides itself on the level of support we offer our customers. We understand that quick-time-to-implementation is critical to our customers' success, and TeamF1's success directly correlates with the success of our customers. For this reason, we are dedicated to exceeding our customers' needs and expectations. Every TeamF1 product is backed by comprehensive technical support during all phases of development, which is made available to customers who have purchased support and maintenance contracts for TeamF1 products and services through this online SupportF1 Support Center and a special product-specific email address, in addition to a phone hotline.

TeamF1 maintains a highly-qualified and responsive technical support team which helps with resolving product installation, build and configuration issues, reproducing and fixing technical defects, and providing expert advice / diagnostic insights to address application-specific uses of TeamF1 software to enable our customers to fully-leverage their software investment.

We also offer customized premium support services that can be tailored to your requirements and tied to the lifecycle of your end-product. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

If you are a customer under a current support and maintenance contract, and do not have a login and/or password for our SupportF1 Support Center, please request your company's designated TeamF1 account manager to have an account created for you. If your product is enabled for SupportF1 services, you will receive a login and initial password via email.

How do I purchase support?

Support is provided on an annual basis to licensees of TeamF1 software products or through extensions of warranty on TeamF1 professional services. We do not offer incident-based support packs. Please contact our sales team for more information and pricing on support and licensing.

Contacting TeamF1 Support

Registered customers under and active support and maintenance contract for TeamF1 products can request technical support on-line through this Support Center, via e-mail using the special support email address provided with the product, or by telephone during local business hours. Note that registration on this online support site is only available for registered contacts of customers with active support and maintenance contracts. All queries, including ones logged by email or phone will be automatically be tracked in the online Support Center.
