The founders
and key personnel of TeamF1 come from a strong technical and
management leadership background and drive the company to
grow as an engineering-focused team bringing pioneering
embedded products to the market that raises the bar for the
competition.
Mukesh Lulla, Co-founder & President
A co-founder of TeamF1, Mukesh has been with the company
since 1998. Before
TeamF1, Mukesh was at QuickLogic Corporation for 6 years,
where he was a Member of Technical Staff and the architect of
their software solutions for FPGA and Embedded Standard
Product design. Mukesh holds an MSEE from
the University of Southern California and a BSEE from R.E.C.
Surat in India. He also holds several patents related to
programmable silicon, software algorithms and the embedded use
of FPGAs. Mukesh's background and experience makes him
uniquely qualified to shape the high-level direction of the
company's research endeavors as well as to lead the company as
it executes its business plan.
Vinai Kolli, Co-founder and Vice-President of
Engineering
Vinai is responsible for maintaining TeamF1's
technical lead in world-class embedded networking and security
technologies. Vinai has over 18 years experience in
networking protocols for modern 32-bit RTOSes and embedded
operating systems which include a 6-year tenure at Wind River
Systems and 3 years at Integrated Systems (ISI). At WindRiver, he
was the architect of the SENS networking stack and was also
responsible for key architecture ports of VxWorks®. His keen
awareness of hardware dependencies and
throughput-bottlenecks in embedded systems networking,
helped him lay a foundation for the architecture of
high-performance networking and security protocols at
TeamF1. Vinai holds an MSEE from the University of Southern California and
a BSEE from R.E.C. Surat in India. |

Prasanna Kondapaneni, Vice-President, Application
Development
Prasanna joined TeamF1 in October 2001, bringing with him more
than 10 years of experience in engineering management, software
engineering and business development. At TeamF1, Prasanna is
responsible for building out its applications, cloud and
user-interface strategies. Prior to this role, Prasanna was
responsible for setting up TeamF1’s global R&D and operations
team and building a world class organization in TeamF1’s India
Development Center. Before TeamF1, Prasanna co-founded NightFire
Software, Inc., a leading developer of intersystem service
management platforms for the telecommunication industry.
He holds a Masters degree in Computer Science and Engineering from
Auburn University, Alabama. |
Deepak Kulkarni,
Vice-President, Business Development & International Sales
Deepak joined TeamF1 in June 2002, bringing with him more than 20
years of experience in sales, marketing and business
development. At TeamF1 he is responsible for the expansion of
International sales and forging relationships with Key ODM and
processor partners. Before joining TeamF1, he worked with BI
Technologies (Astec Power/Emerson Electric) where he managed a
key product Line. Prior to BI technologies, he was the Director
of International sales responsible for the sales of Mixed Signal
semiconductor devices. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in
electrical engineering from Karnataka, India and Masters in
Business Administration from University of Phoenix. |
Michael Brockway,
Vice-President, North America Sales
Michael Brockway joined TeamF1 in September 2008 as Vice President
of Sales, bringing more than 20 years of experience in domestic
and global sales. Prior to joining TeamF1, from 2003 to 2008, he
served as Vice President of Sales at Embedded Solution Partners,
a value added reseller of software technology for the embedded
systems industry. During his tenure at Embedded Solution
Partners, Michael was a key contributor to the company’s growth
and success, leading to its acquisition in 2008. From 1996 to
2003 he was at Wind River Systems, a world leader in embedded
and mobile software, where he was responsible for managing
tier-1 strategic accounts in North America and International.
Prior to Wind River Systems, Michael held various senior sales
management positions at Tektronix and Fluke Manufacturing,
developers of test and measurement equipment for the electronic
industry. Michael's role at TeamF1 is to ensure that all
revenue, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction
goals are met. Michael graduated from Washington State
University with a degree in Business Administration. |
